This was a wedding I was so looking forward to taking the photographs for, because Emma is just one of the kindest, sweetest people; also she's super laid back so I knew it would be a fun and easy going day! When we had our pre wedding chat with her partner Dale it was just giggles and fun, and we were all on the same page regarding what was needed and importantly what they wanted from me! The engagement session was such a laugh, I knew that we would have some craic doing the formal photography - and Emma has five sisters that are equally as fun loving and lovely as she is. How could it go wrong?! Ahhhh but then Covid came along and the wedding had to be delayed. And then another lockdown came along, and Emma and Dale decided they were just going to go for it; what mattered at this point was just getting married! The ceremony was in St Malachys in Ballymoyer, right next to the school where Emma works as a much loved teaching assistant, and there was a big lovely banner of congratulations waiting for them - it was so thoughtful! We then headed to Palace Stables in Armagh to take the more formal photos, in the howling freezing December wind - everyone was VERY cold but very amiable! - and then to Monaghan to the Four Seasons for the reception. Congratulations Emma and Dale, you're such a sweet and lovely pair 🥰
